GOALKEEPER VIRTUAL TRAINING PACKAGES
Due to the unprecedented success of the virtual privates program & the free group session demonstration this past week; we have decided to go ahead & begin offering small group sessions of 2-4 (max) on our platform. Sessions will run from 23$-35$ depending on how many keepers training. Below are the links to both Privates & Groups
Virtual Sessions with an LAGKA coach.
This is unlike any "Virtual " session on the market. This is REAL goalkeeper training with real goalkeeper coaches . Same as an in person private or group session. Just need a parent or sibling to serve, some cones & some balls
An LAGKA coach will guide you through your training sessions .
Josh really liked that it felt just the same virtually as in person. He got great feedback, especially correcting his big aggressive steps and helping him take smaller, more powerful steps. It helped to have the demo sent before so he knew what to expect and set up for and it also helped to bring an experienced ball handler to make the most of the session. It was also good to train with a new trainer, especially one out of state we normally would not be able to work with, and get new eyes on what he needs to work on, and the cone set up was new for him and fun to work on.
He also liked the group aspect, getting to see and get introduced to other keepers outside his normal training area.
I’ll be signing him up for a training next week, he really enjoyed the education and feedback!
Reviewed the session and I thought it was great and loved every minute of it. One of my favorite of the training was that it was great for a home environment and easy to set up and good for a server. I thought it was good that it incorporated game environment stuff while lacking space and equipment. Again, thanks for the opportunity had a great time training especially during this tough time.
Awesome time and great opportunity today! Cole loved it almost as much as he hated realizing he needs to work on his aerobic capacity!
He also noticed that, while living abroad and playing extensively has been a great benefit, it also means he missed having good consistent goalkeeping coaching on some fundamental aspects including several you went over today (body position, approach to shots across vs in front of the body, where to cover low balls to prevent spillage in dangerous areas). He really enjoyed it...I might even be able to get him doing some circuit workouts to get those lungs and legs back up to speed!
